When seeking conservatorship for our youngest son, who has level 3 autism, we spoke with several attorneys to find someone who could help us legally act on his behalf. From my initial conversation with Meredith Silva, she stood out among the others, and I knew she was the one we wanted to work with. It was one of those situations where you simply know you have found the right person to represent you.

She worked diligently on our behalf, advocated for special accommodations in court to help my son feel at ease, and guided us through the appropriate steps following our court appearance. She was exactly what we needed. Additionally, her services were more affordable than those of every other attorney we considered.

I would not hesitate to recommend Meredith Silva to anyone in need of representation. She is exceptional.

I hired Attorney Meredith Silva for my conservatorship case, and she exceeded every expectation I had. From our first meeting through the final order, she was caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly steady in the middle of a very emotional situation.

Going through the conservatorship process was overwhelming. Meredith explained the process in plain language, step by step, and never rushed me through it. She answered every question, made sure I understood what was happening and why, and guided me through each form, requirement, and decision. She remained organized, punctual, and well-prepared throughout my case. When she told me she would take care of something, I could rely on it being taken care of.
What impressed me most was how much she cared about the person the conservatorship was meant to protect. She did not treat this as just another file. She took the time to understand our family, our concerns, and our long-term goals, and she consistently maintained a focus on dignity, safety, and respect at every point.

Her communication stood out as well. I always knew where things stood, what was coming next, and what she needed from me. She responded to emails and phone calls promptly and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Her fees were clearly explained, and I consistently felt that her work provided real value and peace of mind.

She cares, and it is easy to see that she does. I highly recommend Meredith Silva to anyone going through a conservatorship or any similarly sensitive legal matter.

Very arrogant attorney who does not listen to customers. Does not answer specific legal questions and demands information they are not entitled to. If someone calls about a probate case you shouldn’t be asking about any other legal matters especially if you don’t handle them. I was hung up on and phone number spammed all because I wouldn’t give attorney confidential information on another case that had nothing to do with her. They only give you 15 minutes free and over talk you the whole time. They also charge 5000 dollars for a executor of estate case which can be handled in one court appearance.
