We contacted this group on recommendation from another attorney and received a prompt response from Cassie Beck, receptionist. That was the only part that was acceptable.

Mr. Vogel was suppose to look over our document and let us know if he could help us. We were told he had a "big" case he was working on. I guess since we weren't big enough he didn't even bother to return our message. Since it has been 3.5 weeks, I guess the answer is no. Disappointed to say the least.
