One of the best employment lawyers in the business, Jody has represented several executive women of my acquaintance in high-tech, and has helped them negotiate substantial separation agreements. She is bright, knowledgeable and ethical and writes some of the most blazingly fearless, detailed and effective demand letters I've ever seen. I've sent friends to Jody for decades and heard nothing but praise.

This firm is to be avoided, in my opinion. I had an absolutely horrible experience with Jody LeWitter representing me. Her integrity as an employment attorney is truly questionable. The way my case was handled was indicative of a general lack of expertise and involved a lapse in ethical standards, that was likely fraudulent in nature. I sincerely and strongly suggest finding an alternative to this firm, as they do not seem to have their clients' best interest in mind. I was able to get a settlement of over 12 times what these lawyers were able to procure. This is truly laughable. To make matters even worse they took 30% of what I got, despite the fact that it had nothing to do with their demands. I executed a strategy that was far more successful than their own, yet they thought appropriate to take their contingency fee, nonetheless. i made the firm aware of my strategy, and they refused to use my strategy for recovery in the employment dispute.Yet, they had no problem profiting from the settlement I got on my own through this strategy.. This firm is an embarrassment to the profession of law. And, they lacked knowledge of the law that I was able to determine prior to first meeting with this bunch of vultures. Do your research and stay away from this firm. I truly believe that these attorneys (particularly Siegel and LeWitter) are shamelessly corrupt and have their own best interests as their top priority. They practice law to make money off of people who have been victimized by employers and seem to lack real compassion. I suggest finding a firm that gives back to the community in visible ways. This firm lacks in too many capacities -- especially ethics. I am sickened by the underhanded & predatory way they handled my dispute and the money they took from my settlement. This is not an exaggeration: I got 12 times what this firm was able to produce on their own merits. That says it all. Research your options carefully. There are honest, hardworking professionals in law. It takes some effort to find them, but they do exist. I can't believe what these lawyers were willing to do to profit from my work and suffering. Siegel and Lewitter have made millions. They will never have to worry about survival, yet they had no problem acting as a detriment to my own.
