Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this firm. Their website and receptionist (Yasmine was great)both emphasize compassionate, attentive service and explicitly state that they assist clients with medical malpractice and lack of informed consent claims. However, after submitting my information, I received an abrupt, two-sentence email denial without even being offered a preliminary consultation to present my facts. ​As a prospective client dealing with serious medical complications and sudden physical trauma, to not even be given the opportunity to speak with an attorney—or to receive basic professional courtesy—felt dismissive and unfair. Prospective clients reaching out in distress deserve a firm that aligns its actual communication with its marketing. I also did call back to speak to Yasmine to get a referral, But another receptionist, by the name of Laura refused to connect me to her unless I explained the situation ( she was asking me intake questions). I let her know that she was assisting me with a malpractice she just kept asking me more intake questions until I let her know that it was not necessary she then hung up on me. Rude attorney & Laura was rude too. You either let the client know. She's available or not.No need to be ask me intake questions if i'm calling for someone specifically, you either say they're not available or if you can take a message. That's what good customer service is, Laura
