It's been a while, but I was surprised to see the reviews are good. I had contacted them because of reviews and after being "sold" the package of what he would do (Shuster), he dropped the ball big time. I ended up paying $3500 to him plus $1000 to bank -back then, to avoid foreclosure and sign over my property, so it wouldn't go on my credit report for all those years- AND it still ended up as a foreclosure!! I tried to contact office and email several times. His assistant told me he had more important properties to worry about. I was shocked to hear that. Not because I thought I was important; I simply though I would get what I paid for. He was rude as well and after he was paid suddenly had no time. I only wish I didn't waste $4500 just to live with years of a foreclosure on my report. I really hope the other reviews are true and people aren't getting hurt like me, but if not then I want to put a warning out there for any innocent - not rich- folks like me.

Priscilla has been a wonderful compassionate and efficient case manager during my mom's case. Priscilla and her team also did wonderful in their task to negotiate lower the medical bills. When ever needed or my mom had questions, she was always there willing and helpful. This firm has been great, and no doubt Priscilla Gonzales is a credit to them.
