Gary Shipman and his complete staff = the best in the business ! Not your average attorney !

The first time I called I was hung up on part way through explaining my inquiry about a tax claim, which it states as one of their services on their website. The second time I called the individual on the phone inturrupted me to say they do not do that type of work and hung up on me again. I have been trying to get this issue resovled with the IRS for three years and Shipman and Wright added their voice to everyone else who has ignored us.

I have been using Shipman and wright for over 10 years, I've always been surprised with how far they go for their clients. Most of my dealing have been with James Moore and Kim Smith and they have both went way past their duties to ensure I understood the process through every step of the way and with a brain injury it's harder to do then with their normal clients. I can not speak highly enough of how these two have helped me and handled and went out of their way to communicate with me to the point of where I understand what's happening in every action I have brought to them to handle for me. They have handled a few different types of cases for me as well as helped me with a will and handling my affairs if something was to happen to my husband and I for our children. They have also handled a few things for my mother as well as something for my in-laws and in every interaction between myself or a family member we have all been very pleased with their ability to communicate and help us handle our affairs... I can not recommend this law firm and these two individuals enough
