My father-in-law hired this firm to respond to a demand letter and was shocked by the billing. The total came out to about $5,000 for roughly 9 hours of work, which felt extremely high for the outcome.

There were also multiple staff members billing on the same matter and charges for administrative-type tasks, which added up quickly.

Just sharing our experience so others can ask detailed questions about rates, staffing, and billing practices upfront before hiring. I would not use this firm again.
