Shawn Griggs

Shawn Griggs has assisted me with the buying and then several years later the selling of my houseboat. Shawn has been incredibly helpful not only with those transactions, but with un-billed occasional questions regarding my houseboat in-between.

Be wary:
This firm has a number of pending legal actions against them, one of which is with the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General’s
‘s office to which they didn’t even bother to show up to resolve.

This statement by us is absolutely accurate and factual, despite Mr. Griggs fraudulent and inaccurate lies to the contrary. To respond to his other statements would just be redundant. Should anyone want to verify what we have asserted, refer to consumer protection case #665562. He and others who participated in these two cases - now actively under appeal - also face possible criminal prosecution by both the City of Seattle and the State Attorney General’s office. Finally, he is correct that the WSBA initially stated there was not sufficient evidence of wrongdoing to proceed with sanctions. We subsequently asked for further review- which is pending as this is being written- after submitting the full litany of his and his clients actions - which include breaking and entering, two counts of theft, conspiracy to Defraud, etc. these are all public record.
