Brian Shaughnessy is a shady attorney. I have a signed residential lease and he represents a holding company trying to claim they can evict me because the building is a condo association. He claims HOA bylaws supercede Seabrook zoning codes. He claims the unit is commercial because the residence is located in a condo building. Beware of Attorney Shaughnessy
