Maxx represented me and won my personal property insurance case. He doesn’t even specialize in this area, but he was the only attorney willing to take my case. Every other attorney turned it down because there wasn’t enough money in it for them, but that just shows the kind of person Maxx is. He was looking out for my best interests more than the money he’d make. That’s a real lawyer. Insurance companies will try to do anything they can to avoid paying you. I was called in for an EUO, and once I felt they were treating me like a suspect instead of a claimant, I knew I needed legal counsel. Maxx attended the EUO with me and did exactly what was needed to make sure any over reaching strong arm tactics by the insurance companies was shot down. I want to emphasize again that Maxx didn’t even specialize in personal property insurance cases, specifically stolen jewelry, but he took my case anyway.
