My question was, “why am I having such a hard time finding a lawyer to help with the foreclosure I’m facing?” EVERY lawyer I consulted with said that my options were to sell or file bankruptcy. NO STARS! Sarah cost me thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I was at the lowest point in my life (as anyone dealing with potential foreclosure is) and worried about my overall health given the stress I was under and she didn't even have the decency to help me to the very end even though I had retained her. Sometimes, I would go days without hearing from her despite my multiple outreach. My leinholder added over $40K to my reinstatement quote after only 30 days from the one prior and she wouldn't take the time to even ask why. I HAD to pay it to save my home. The fees I paid her firm were simply not worth it as she didn't deliver on what she practically promised she could. She infused false hope in us just to get her monthly fees. At the end of the day, we had to come up with a significant amount of money in addition to her costs. Not only do I not recommend her, I am filing a formal complaint with the CA State Bar Association.
