I had a great experience working with Steve. A collector contacted me on behalf of my old landlord, claiming I owed more money for "damages" on top of them already taking my security deposit. Working with Steve was fantastic. He can be very direct on the initial call, but I appreciated his thoroughness in discussing my situation to see if I had a case, which I did. I must have caught Mr. Shane on a bad day, because he was very rude and disrespectful. If you are interested in hiring him, I suggest to just hang up if he seems stressed out when he answers the phone, and call back again later. I couldn't tell you whether he is a good lawyer because of that bad first impression.

I also suspect that some of the good google reviews are fake, because you don't normally see this kind of discrepancy between very good and bad reviews. Then again, people get stressed out about legal matters, so spin the wheel of fortune and see where it lands, lol.
