Choosing Shane Law, was the absolute best decision that I’ve made. Dave and his team really made me feel like part of the family. Shane law firm defended my case when other law firms just didn’t have the knowledge and experience to battle the BIG Insurance Companies. I would give 10 stars if I could. I was so lucky to find Dave Shane. I had a unique case with a permanent injury while living in L.A., but my attorney was convinced I wouldn't get more than 30k and they dragged their feet on every level. But, the math wasn't mathin'. They even told me to go get the video footage of my incident at the business where it occurred. They said they couldn't represent me if I moved up to NoCal, which I had to, because I needed to care for my ill father. I called around to various attorneys but nobody wanted to take my case since it was attached to the previous law firm. Fortunately, one of the firms I called, referred me to Dave, who was not only, personable, but equally professional and very welcoming. His staff members are very accommodating as well. Dave set me up with excellent doctors. He responded to every call and text within the day. He flew to L.A. to get the video footage and inspect the business. He even attended several doc appointments with me to make sure the exams were being addressed properly. He took my case in early 2025 and settled it in December 2025 for 33 times the amount of what the original firm said my case was worth. Yes, you read that right, 33 times. You do the math. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I have already referred 3 people to him and highly recommend his firm.

I was in two terrible accidents within a three-month period. If it weren’t for Shane and his team, I would have been down and out. He always answered my calls or followed up with a text message if he was unavailable. The process was long, but the juice was worth the squeeze. I cannot recommend this team enough—I felt respected and supported throughout the entire process. Once again, I cannot recommend his team enough.
