Hit a rough patch but they do have people that actually care and are able to help. Back to rough patch now case manager back on case and run around started again . Last week waiting on letter, so called and checked myself to find out mailed 20 days ago , to oh we got but has typo so waiting on amended letter that says the same thing . I don't doubt this firm might have some good but I'm not ever going to use again and do not recommend . Paying way to much to get treated this way . Communication came to a halt after they received payment from others insurance and now sitting on the money .
