I greatly appreciate the prompt and effective assistance I got after contacting Sespe Law. My mobile home burnt down mid-July, and I did not have fire insurance; there were a lot of tasks I had to tend to. The park manager was interfering with the demolition company I was working with, as well as denying me access to my belongings located behind the security fence, outside of the safety taped building. The management was serving as a barrier towards completion. I contacted Sespe Law, and the resistance eased shortly after. Zack Tinker responded shortly after my call, I explained the situation, gave him the mobile home park manager's contact information, and he took it from there. Once Sespe Law had made their involvement known to the park manager, as well as her superior at the management company, the path was clear for me to remove the last of my belongings. The following day management had the gate unlocked, and the demolition company was able to clear the lot with no push back or confrontation from the manager. I definitely recommend Sespe Law and will use them again if the need arises. They relieved the stress and paved the way.
