I genuinely feel like I wasted my time with this law firm. They dragged their feet for 6 months just with the demand letter, only to widthdraw their representation the moment I need litigation under "case constraints." But then in the letter they state its because they didn't have enough information to fight with. WELL THANKS FOR THE ACTIVE CASE STATUS I GUESS? 🫥 And the communication is so poor, I never MET or spoke on the phone with Maya, despite them being on my case for almost half a year. I'm glad others have been able to find luck, but be warry. They will ghost for weeks without a single courtesy call.

Although I ended up not signing a retainer agreement with Serendib Law, I found the communication, consultation, and follow-up to be very good compared to other firms I contacted regarding my wage claim which included meal and rest break premiums.
