I was disappointed with my experience. My initial phone consultation left me with a very positive impression. She came across as knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate, which gave me confidence in hiring the firm. Unfortunately, after that initial conversation, all communication took place through the client portal. I found the tone of those communications to be dismissive and, at times, unnecessarily confrontational. I no longer felt comfortable asking questions or raising concerns. I also requested a phone call to discuss my concerns, but that request was never honored. I expected more guidance, transparency, and communication regarding the progress of my case and the work being done on my behalf. Unfortunately, I was left with more questions than answers. After the insurance company denied my claim, the firm chose to discontinue its representation rather than continue pursuing my case. This left me feeling that my case was not fully investigated or advocated for after liability was disputed. After I raised my concerns and requested a copy of my complete case file, my client portal access was deactivated shortly afterward, preventing me from accessing my documents. Every case is different, but I believe every client deserves clear communication, responsiveness, and to feel that their concerns are taken seriously. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I highly recommend Gloria Sellers! She was very efficient, highly communicative, and professional. It’s never in the plan to have an injury but she made the experience with my claim very smooth!
