I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I received at this office. My initial contact was to simply inquire whether the lawyer would be able to assist with my case. Instead of receiving a clear and helpful response, I was met with combative behavior from the woman who answered the phone.

Rather than assisting me in determining whether their services were appropriate for my situation, she seemed intent on arguing with me. I made it clear that I was willing to pay for whatever was necessary, but I simply didn’t want to book an appointment without knowing if it would be a productive use of my time and resources. Unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed, and I was pressured into paying for an appointment without any guarantee that the lawyer could help.

I must say, her unprofessional attitude was nothing short of disgusting. This office came highly recommended by both of my parents, who were both assisted by Sekula Sr. in the past, but based on this interaction with staff, I would strongly advise reconsidering any business with this office. A lack of basic customer service skills and willingness to engage in helpful, non-confrontational conversation will only drive potential clients away.

If this is how prospective clients are treated on the phone, I can’t imagine how customers will feel once they arrive for their appointments. It’s unfortunate because I was hopeful this office could provide the legal support I needed, but this experience has completely soured my perception. If they want to retain any future clients, significant changes need to be made to their approach to customer service.

I if could give it a 0 i would no recomend this office in the entire process tha the case lasted for 6 month l I'm always frustrated l will focus on 2 people, the lawyer sekula and Mrs.norma, as terrible customer service or my God the lawyer incompetent we only lost 8,500.00 dollars and it was never transparent with the family no lo recomiendo

Extremely Disappointed with This Lawyer Service

I had a very frustrating experience with this lawyer service. Communication was virtually non-existent; no one returned my calls, and I received no responses to my inquiries. It felt like they didn’t care about my case at all.

Once they received my payment, it was like I disappeared. I found myself constantly following up just to get updates on my situation. It’s incredibly disheartening to feel abandoned after trusting them with my legal matters.

I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable legal support. Save yourself the trouble and seek help elsewhere.
