Mark left me high and dry in my workers comp case. He assured me he was my guy after requesting documents from the insurance carrier and never expressed any doubts about the case. I had left a message for him on Wednesday letting him know that the insurance fund investigators were interviewing my brother Monday and to call me, no call back. Called Thursday and left another message, same thing. Called Friday and left another message. Received a crappy generic letter Saturday saying he was declining to take my case despite never expressing any hints of that to me until I received this letter with a poorly copied signature that was probably sent by a legal aid or secretary. All you had to do was return my call and tell me you weren't taking my case like a man instead of dodging them and sending a letter that explains nothing. Really says a lot about the kind of man you are and the kind of business you do if that's how little respect you have for a person who thought they were your client. Don't lead people on and tell them you can help them Mark only to ignore their phone calls/voicemails and send them a generic letter. Really classy
