Since the year of 2015, I have had my application to obtain my green card with this lawyer. I already paid her a large amount that should be enough to treat me with a good service, however I have been met with a high level of unprofessionaliasm. She does not respond to calls, never calls back, will not answer questions. When I have tried to enter the office, the receptionist goes outside to tell me that I cannot enter inside the building. This behavior is just preposterous. They say you can only enter with an appointment but no appointments are available. This situation has impacted me financially, physically, and emotionally. If she cannot help me, I ask that she gives me my money back and my documents. We are no longer in Covid times where we cannot make physical contact with other people, we need to be treated with respect and we deserve to get the service that we paid for.

I cannot thank my attorney enough for everything they have done for me and my family.
