My father was with a different firm who never replied after having them filled the paperwork and I recommended Seaport Law which guide him, gave him hope, helped him through the difficulties of the interview process and it all worked out great at the interview. My sons case was easy but i knew I was secure by filling my paperwork with Seaport and my son got his green card with no difficulties (I am an American Citizen).
