Every veteran knows that navigating the VA is exhausting, overwhelming and demoralizing. For some, it can be incredibly vulnerable and even shameful to take advantage of the benefits and services we earned. Having consulted with other VA attorneys, we could tell something was different with Megan...she truly took the time to understand my situation and believed I was worth fighting for when other lawyers just rushed me through their consultation, telling me I wouldn't be a slam dunk case or they couldn't get back to me for weeks on end. So that is why I chose to work with Megan and I am so thankful I did. What Megan was able to do for our family has absolutely changed our lives. The fight with VA drug on for years as they repeatedly made mistakes or disregarded evidence, but Megan didn't give up. She was calm, cool and collected and when I felt discouraged and frustrated. She always got back to me in a timely manner. After 2 years of back and forth, what Megan was able to accomplish for us has afforded us the opportunity to make changes in our lives we never could have possibly managed before. It has allowed us to find some sense of healing and peace that has transformed our family. It has allowed us to seek out benefits and services that we couldn't afford on our own. We are recommending Megan and Sean Kendall Law to every veteran we come in contact with who are in similar shoes as we were. Whether TDIU or traditional claims, this law office will take good care of you and are a true blessing to veterans. Thank you, Megan. We will forever be indebted in gratitude! 💙

This guy was fired by my mother for dragging his feet on her agent orange case. He was rude to her and told her to shut up, etc. You know…he is/was one of those lawyers that say “you don’t pay unless you win”…they collect if the veteran/survivor wins (usually between 20-33% of the veteran’s award…or more). However, non-profit organizations or pro bono attorneys (those that say you don’t pay unless you win can claim this category) may receive grants to provide free assistance through specialized programs like the Veterans Consortium. Anyways, he was fired and then found out, she hired another lawyer who actually did his job and won the case. Sean Kendall couldn’t win it because He sat on his butt and ignored her, but as soon as he found out she won with her new lawyer, he went fighting to get what he felt “his share” of the money should be and the winning lawyer gave it to him to shut him up. The lawyer, my mom hired was more concerned with her winning what she deserved but Mr. Kendall here just wanted the money. He is unprofessional, behaves unethically as evidenced by telling my mother to shut her mouth when she voiced her concerns with him (she was Also told not to question him…I still have the emails and letters), and I feel he is just just overall gross. I sure hope no one else has the same issues, but I would find it hard to believe that they don’t.

After attempting to navigate the intricate, and complex code of federal regulations governing the Veterans Administration disability claim process, I contacted the Law Office of Sean Kendall. Sean and his team exceeded all expectations with respect to their thorough and comprehensive working knowledge of the subject matter. Moreover, I felt the genuine compassion for veterans displayed during our journey. This firm's ethics of care truly embody the gold standard of excellence in serving DAV.
