Was absolutely horrible experience! Communication wasnt just poor, it was down right terrible!! When I had my consultation I told him and Jessica my concern about the weeks it took to return my message to set up that appointment, I was told if I was a 'paying customer' I will have quicker response times, that those clients have priority. That was never the case! Hiring them was a HUGE mistake! They lied, mislead and continued to have horrible response times. It left me in dire straights with a upcoming court date for divorce. For 2-3 weeks I called and emailed to let Scott know, I needed an appointment either in the phone or in person. No response then finally I got an email giving me advice on topics I didn't need help on, because I was so close to my court date I emailed a response and requested a meeting. I received a 2nd email from Scott, again advising on a few things that wasn't what I needed, he completely disregarded the direct questions I did have and wouldn't respond to have the meeting on phone or in person I wanted or needed. He left me in a REALLY bad predicament and didn't care in the slightest! Then several weeks later I received almost $300.00 bill for the email(s) I sent asking for those appointments either in phone or in person. The couple times I did meet with him , the so called "free consultation " ran over time and the 2nd appointment as well, I was charged almost $1,000.00 for those 2 appointments , I paid in person for each visit. So to try and make appointment and get advise I wasn't seeking or needed and get charged almost $300 for email, was rotten thing to let some hang like that with a court date Scott said he'd go with me. At first he comes across so nice, but No moral compass !! Stay away!!
