We hiring an attorney to represent our family after getting t-boned by another vehicle. After the initial consultation, (and signing of the contract) the attorney went completely awol. We hired Scott to take over representation for us, and couldn’t be happier. Scott and his team were amazing. He's professional, precise, and easy to work with, even when the opposition tries to do things that don't make any sense. I would absolutely choose him again to have my back. The other driver ran the stop sign and hit my front passenger side. My car was an older model, and took heavy enough damage to total it. Despite a video and a police report noting that she had ran the sign, she was not ticketed and her insurance denied any responsibility. It was a several month exchange, and it took all the way until the other drivers' deposition interview for them to decide, for the 3rd and thankfully final time, that they were accepting liability. Scott and his team kept their calm and precision, and wrapped up my case in a neat package, despite the defense's strange actions. Trust me- it was quite the ride.
