Our experience with this firm was extremely disappointing. The quality of service and communication was far below what one would reasonably expect from a professional legal practice.

Deadlines were missed, and there appeared to be very little attention to detail in documents submitted on our behalf. In several instances, we had to carefully proofread filings ourselves to identify errors before they went to the court. That level of oversight should not fall on the client.

Billing was another serious concern. We were charged for extensive "research" even when much of the factual information had already been provided to the firm. The invoices did not reflect the level of progress or preparedness we expected for the amount billed.

Overall, we did not feel that our matter was treated as a priority, and the firm did not demonstrate the level of knowledge in this area of law that they initially represented. Clients seeking representation should proceed cautiously and ask detailed questions about billing practices and case management before retaining this firm.
