Scott Lyons Attorney at Law

I called this office today to see if Atty Scott Lyons would be interested in a taking a look at potential criminal matters of some clients I have in Fresno. Since I'm from Fresno but recently moved to Texas, I had always herd very good things about this firm. The receptionist was very kind with me at first but when she returned to the line she asked me if I was a previous client and if it was me who needed representation. When I said no not me but my clients did she said SHE was not interested in anything of the such and hung up with out asking Scott. I was on the phone :56 seconds and she hung up on me. I would tell you to move on and not to stop here. Maybe it was because I have Mexican last name or she was having a bad day. Regardless it was handled very unprofessionally TRUE COLORS. A very costly mistake by her and the partners of this firm for allowing something like this to happen. What happened to good old customer service and helping someone find justice. NOT HERE!!!! Keep looking. Rude AF
