Jonathan Jeremias is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. If they give him to you, ask for someone else. The absolute worst!!!

Parag K. Parekh and his firm, SSRGA, serve as counsel to my condominium boards.

My review is based on SSRGA legal fees that were passed on to me by the condominium board in connection with a disputed lien. The $7,155 SSRGA invoice for what should have been a routine lien reflects 16.2 hours of time (much of it partner-level attorney time) for preparation and processing. In my view, this level of billing is disproportionate, and the only justification provided was a generalized reference to “facts and circumstances,” without any meaningful explanation.

I requested review and adjustment on multiple occasions. The firm reviewed its own billing, defended the charges, and declined modification without discussion.

While I cannot comment on specific other board billing matters, my experience with these lien-related legal fees raises concerns about billing practices more generally.

Because I am expected to pay these fees pursuant to the bylaws, I am entitled to question, dispute, and share my opinion on their reasonableness.

After writing a negative review I received a letter on SSRGA letterhead signed by:

Andrea J Caruso
Parag K Parekh
P Parker Procida

Threatening the following. "demand is hereby made for you to immediately remove your Google Review from SSRGA's page no later than end of business on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Your failure to comply with this deadline will result in action being filed against you, seeking any and all remedies available, including monetary damages."

Makes one wonder, do they threaten everyone who writes a negative review? And, if so, what would their real Google rating be if people who wrote negative reviews were not threatened like I was?
