Anne Scipior did a great job on my case regarding a proposed support modification, post-divorce. She was professional, well prepared, available when I needed her and we got a great result!

Practice is not the same without Jack working full time. I have personally had a great experience with him and have sent several people to him. Unfortunately , I will no longer be able to do so. The last person I sent there was passed on to Olivia Mote and it was a complete disaster. From not returning calls or emails , forgetting what documents have been sent and even losing them , to not being able to answer basic divorce procedure questions, to then accusing her client of not being cooperative as they did every thing she asked typically the next day. Then to quit on her client when the other parties attorney did all the work , saying she didn’t have time for the case anymore and couldn’t communicate. This client was recovering from years of abuse and it seems she had zero experience or compassion with that. I know it’s hard to find good help, but peoples livelihoods and futures are being affected. Being too busy eating lunch over a scheduled call while someone is paying top dollar for that time, or saying she’s too busy to meet in person , is just not what this office used to be like. I’ve never seen someone so unprepared before hearings , unorganized and then blame others for these oversights. Make sure you’re interviewing and getting personal referrals for your own situation when using this office. Divorce is expensive, emotional and complicated . The last thing you need is an attorney who tells you they can’t do their job for you several months and 1000$ of dollars into the process after telling you they can help.
