My wife and I met with Chelsea Sinclair on two occasions in early August to discuss a will and trust. At the second meeting she advised what needed to be done to move forward, and to email her when we had everything in order to proceed. Several weeks later I sent her an email and told her we were ready to meet again. After not hearing back in a week I sent another email. Again, no response. I waited another week and call the office. They told me she had been out sick and was now catching up with her clients. They gave me her voicemail and I told her we were ready when she got caught up. Again, no reply. After four week I called again and I was directed to her voicemail where I left another request to please call us Never heard back. The last attempt I emailed and asked to let please just let us know if she was too busy to at least call to let us know. As of today I have yet to hear from with an explanation. After two months wasted, my wife and I have retained another lawyer. It seems like common courtesy is not a prerequisite for a position in this law firm

Having known Attorney Schum since I was a teenager, I expected so much more from him. I know that he will say "I followed the law" and that will be that. However, his failure to look into my mother's functioning level at the time she changed her will is unacceptable. I wish that NYS would allow me to sue him!
