Unethical Attorney ⚠️ Ms Shultz was retained by my ex wife in September of 2024. Ms Shultz reached out to me by phone and portrayed herself as an attorney facilitating the mortgage assumption process between our parties. Ms Shultz said she required a notarized quit claim deed signed and returned to her in a short order. At first I told her I would comply, however, after seeking reputable counsel and contacting the mortgage company - I was then advised NOT to sign such document as it would leave me with the mortgage and my ex wife with the deed marital home 🏠 FREE & CLEAR, with no lien 📜. Ms Shultz attempted to use her knowledge of real estate law and overbearing personality to bully me in to giving up my rightful claim to my former martial home - Unethical 💯
