His calm demeanor was very comforting while reviewing necessary but painful details involved with the case. He was very honest and straight forward reviewing the pros and cons of instigating a law suit as opposed to seeking mediation, assuring me that the choice was totally mine. Even though a law suit would probably have generated more income for the firm, Sergio was fully supportive of my decision to seek mediation and prepared just as diligently for mediation as would have been expected for a full blown law suit. An acceptable financial settlement was reached and a very personal request was granted that made the end result even more satisfactory. I would definitely contact SGB if a need for representation ever arises again and I would request that Sergio be assigned to my case!

Such terrible unprofessional behavior. Reached out to them regarding an initial case, filled their intake form. They promised to get back to me in 1 week or two. I checked in after two weeks or so, was told they would get back to me I waited months and nothing, crickets, no response at all. Tried to call, no picking up. Terrible.
