After several office visits and numerous emails back and forth, it definitely felt that our case was purposely being drug out to pad billing hours.
Many balls were dropped, and numerous promises were not kept. After extremely scaling back our needs of legal work, my elderly mother had to wait in the lobby for over half a hour because the paperwork we requested was not ready and, in my opinion, hastily put together.
Many other law firms offer elder law attorneys, and we are now redoing all the paperwork again because of the inept legal services we received. Oh, and the $1k final bill was the cherry on top that we really appreciate from out of nowhere.
