				I have purchased 5 houses in my lifetime. And this process has been the most INEFFICIENT, disrespectful, disorganized and unprofessional closing experience ever. Complete disrespect and disregard for our time. They did not confirm time of closing until 1 business day prior to closing. On a Sunday night because a few people went on vacation and did not have the courtesy to schedule a time prior to leaving. Jeopardizing my job schedule since I didn’t know at what time to schedule off. Not only that, I had to take the day off since we were not given a time. On the day of the time was moved! On top of that we had to wait 2 hours in their office at 12:30pm for them to transfer the monies between 3 different bank accounts!!! It was the most awful and disrespectful experience in my life! Do not go or trust them if you want a seamless closing job. I’d recommend First American Title company for a seamless transaction. No issues just signing and keys there. Here complete disorganization as we had to wait for others to take their lunches to verify if the funds were transferred between different banks! They didn’t even have snacks. Like are you serious. Who schedules closing during others’ people lunches for us to waste our time for THEM. Just awful! This experience was AWFUL and disrespectful of our time and business.

				I'm not sure if I can adequately thank Melanie DeLeon-Thompson and the staff at Schofield & Spencer.  From the very first visit and conversation, my dad and I felt welcomed, we felt heard and we felt like we were in the right hands.  There is truly a beautiful spirit that lives within this law firm and we are so thankful that we were introduced to Ms. DeLeon-Thompson.  Conversations that are needed in Estate Planning are tough at best.  However, the care and compassion that Ms. DeLeon-Thompson shows for her clients is unmatched.  Every single person we encountered in this office has a beautiful spirit.  Thank you for the service you provide to our community.
