Schoenberg Law was slow on responding to communications, and when they do respond, they give incomplete information to force you to follow up, so that they can bill more hours. The attorney was also extremely incompetent. They went back and fourth multiple times in whether specific language or terms were viable, each time contradicting their previous opinions. They kept pushing promised completion dates out. When they did deliver the results after several delays, they created an agreement full of obvious issues. The delivered agreement also completely ignored all previous discussions. If you are going to just disregard what you said in the past, why bother to have those discussions. O, I guess to bill the clients more hours.

I was trying to schedule an appointment because I had seen the great reviews. The person that picked up the phone( they said their name was victor) was incredibly rude and very short with me while I just wanted to ask a basic question, in short, spoke over me and did not let me ask it. Im not sure if they changed staff but I had not experienced rudeness like that during my process looking for a lawyer at all. Needless to say, divorce is difficult enought to be paying 750$ to be treated inappropriately.

the rep who answered the phone was rude and extremely disrespectful I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone ever. the rep hung up in my face a number of times when I was asking to speak to an attorney.

Very professional group and super organized My attorney stayed on top of deadlines and kept me updated the whole time Pricing was clear upfront too which I appreciated because family court can get expensive quickly. Overall a smooth experience during a difficult time
