In 2022 this firm represented me and I left them an excellent review for the work they had done. I contacted them about residual effects from the case and was first ignored multiple times, then finally got an attorney on the phone and was greeted rudely. I was then accused of still owing them money and "disappearing." When I read the email from the assistant CONFIRMING I paid my balance in full and owed nothing further, I didn't even get an apology. Just "I don't think that's correct" after I read him the email word for word. If it's incorrect you take it out on your assistant that confirmed it was paid, not me. So I would be cautious about working with this firm.
