Beware of Schiff , they care about money not you, I let them handle an accident of mine and they handled it pretty well other then some communication problems. But I was happy with the pay out . Well I was injured at work so I allowed them to take on my personal injury case and they completely dropped the ball and screwed me over. I told them from the beginning I had no clue how to navigate this . I was electrocuted at work last year in September 2025 and it caused a lot of damage to my arm and shoulder and neck. Ever since then I've been struggling with losing my strength and grip . Arms been going numb. Headaches. Neck hurts. I've struggled with severe anxiety and PTSD. I've had to go to the emergency room several times because I started having several panic attacks due to this incident. And they would never inform me with anything. They wouldn't help me navigate anything. When I would ask Heather any questions at all she would just talk to me like I'm stupid and pretend to be too busy to talk to her client (me). And she would send the shortest messages ever and tell me how she'll call me and then would proceed to take days to call and then wouldn't answer my questions. She would just rush rush rush me off the phone , I would explain how I'm struggling with bills, im struggling with life , pain suffering, and everything else. And she did not care. She was not willing to fight for me what so ever . I was just a paycheck to her. She never explained anything to me. Wouldn't tell me how to navigate this process. Did not tell me everything she needed from me. 33% to pay her for what ? She wanted me to do all the work.
