				I've spent a few hours now with Matthew Frederick and would recommend him. Our first session was a consult and he laid things out clearly and had an approach based on good values, the law and helped me understand the range of possibilities. Later we reviewed some mediation "pre-work" I'd done and was a great resource for some pitfalls and cliffs I might experience along with good general sanity check.
