Got Tom as my lawyer for a TBI and PCS workman’s comp claim and he dropped me after I sought a second opinion. Terrible communication for someone with now a lifetime brain injury, they alienated me and made me feel like me asking questions about my case was the biggest problem in the world. Expressed multiple times how my injury caused me to loose my home and was still treated like I was the problem. Absolutely disgusting behavior and it seems I’m not the only person who’s been treated this way.

That said I won’t give them a bad review on the fact Tom still helped me find representation, sent me my whole case file, and didn’t leave me stranded with no resources as I’ve seen others say. They’re still humans and they did what they thought they could.
