I was referred to Scarff Law Firm by my Financial Advisor. We had discovered that my estate was not property protected due to subpar assistance from another law firm. I was leaving the country for a bit and had a heightened sense of urgency to get my paper work in order, Scarff did not disappoint.

I met with Brad Carnine for the initial "sit down." Right away I had a sense of comfort that we were on the same page and he knew what he was talking about. Brad structured everything from my healthcare directive to quick claim deeds on my properties. I was able to sign paperwork within a few weeks and put everything in place so assets are protected and the wife and I don't have to worry about probate etc. Everything went smooth and quickly and at a reasonable price.
