I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my case. Since Ms. Ferrah Wallace took over from Dario, there has been little to no communication with me regarding the progress of my matter.

The lack of responsiveness and professional follow-up has been extremely disappointing. I have not received updates, guidance, or any form of meaningful communication, which has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service I am receiving.
