• Unprofessional name calling to me and my family in phone calls and email • Yelling, lying, cutting off & yelling over while speaking, hanging up on phone calls, super controlling and manipulative • Demanded to be co-conservator of my grandmother's estate or would not file for a blocked account • Wasted my time and made the Judge question why my attorney was trying to be co-conservator • Lying about multiple things including lying about why filing was denied, stating it was denied due to non medical emergency & did not supply with court orders requested multiple times, for me to find out from my new laywer who supplied me with the court order that it was denied because Ms. Savage filed wrong. • The paralegal that was working on the case decided to quit working for her. If I could put no stars I would. I had to delete my old 5 star rating. Ms. Savage has been a good lawyer in the past, which is why I trusted her to take the case but as of this recent incident with this case she is crashing hard. I found a new attorney and he even questioned why she was trying to be co-conservator of my grandmother. Absolutely wild and inappropriate behavior.

Called your office, spoke with intake, and promptly sent everything that was requested. After hearing nothing, I followed up a week later and was simply told, “We have your email,” with no update or timeline—other than that maybe in a couple of weeks someone could let us know if you’re interested in taking the case. All I can say is, wow. I understand firms are busy and have to evaluate potential cases, but basic communication and professional courtesy go a long way. Even a brief email acknowledging receipt and letting us know where things stand would have been appreciated. Instead, we’ve been left on the back burner with no communication and no response to the materials you specifically requested. That’s disappointing, especially when someone is reaching out for legal help.
