After my friends and I got into a car accident, my friend contacted Sasooness Law Group and they contacted and accepted the case immediately. The overall process took about 9 months. Communication throughout the 9 months were a 5/10, there was time when there was miscommunication, no replies or contact, and only few updates happened with our case manager. It was very hard to reach the case manager as I can only assume that they were very busy. Towards the very end of the case, the Lien Negotiator - Erasto Rojas - reached out to me and had given me plenty of information and answered all my questions to make me feel secure. Erasto, was able to provide me a lot of information in one day than I got in the entire 9 months from the rest of the team. I appreciate the hard work the firm has done to help me get back on my feet from my accident but I wish there was more communication between the firm and the client during the overall process, from beginning to end.
