Two missed consultations. Complete disregard for a prospective client's time. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I scheduled an immigration consultation with Sweta Khandelwal on October 8, 2026. I joined the meeting on time, but nobody showed up. No advance notice, no cancellation, nothing. After I emailed them, Sweta apologized and explained that she had been pulled into an urgent deadline. I gave them another chance and rescheduled for October 9 at 11:30 AM. Unbelievably, the exact same thing happened again. I joined the meeting, waited, and nobody showed up. Once again, I had to be the one reaching out to find out what was happening. Two scheduled consultations, two no-shows, and hours of unnecessary disruption to my schedule. Immigration matters are time-sensitive and require trust, reliability, and communication. If a law firm cannot manage something as basic as showing up for scheduled consultations—or proactively notifying people when they cannot attend—it raises serious concerns about how they manage clients' time and expectations. I cannot comment on the quality of their legal work because I never got the opportunity to speak with them. But based on my experience trying to become a client, I would not recommend this firm.

I worked with Sweta and her team for my EB5 application. It was on a very tight timeline to meet the 30th September deadline. Sweta and her team were extremely professional, diligent and responsive. I always got my questions answered within a couple of hours. Sweta helped me with navigating some complications wrt my birth certificate discrepancies with the required affidavits. Overall I had an excellent experience working with Sweta and her team!
