Save your time and energy. It takes about 8 months for them to call you back another 3 months to do an intake the people are rude, condescending and treat you poorly and act as if you’re beneath them for calling for legal help. They don’t actually offer any help at all, they just transfer you to different depts. They will do about 3 different intakes that take over an hour each with different people same questions but it doesn’t serve a purpose because they will tell after that they can’t offer any legal advice. They will ask you extremely personal questions pretending it’s related to your case but they don’t actually offer any services. Waste of time

I came into tha office, rang tha bell twice, n looked around, but no one was there. After waiting and studying for about 20 minutes, I saw a staff (young girl)member sneak into the office like a lil child. When she finally came to the counter, she claimed she had been there the entire time. When I called her out on that, she disagreed with me. I asked for a phone number to reach another resource center , but she knowingly gave me a disconnected number. I am extremely disappointed by this employee's lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and complete failure to take accountability.

I’ve never used their services and had never even heard of them before. I decided to give them 5 stars because of the overwhelming amount of negativity in the reviews. I don’t believe an entire establishment could be bad to that extent. Anyway, I hope they continue to improve and do their best to satisfy their clients.
