I met attorney David Ruyle through this web site. I work as a content creator and producer. A mentally disturbed person that lives in San Diego filed a petition for a restraining order against me. They were not granted a TRO by the judge before I was even served. The petitioner was a person I had never met, never spoke to, never threatened and didn't even know what they looked like. Mr. Ruyle charged me one flat fee and stuck with me through out the process. The Petitioner asked for continuances and tried every trick in the book to drag this process out to nearly 120 days. Everything Mr. Ruyle said would happen during this process became true. He went way above and beyond spending hours and hours with me on the phone. When we got into court and we finally had our chance to speak, Mr. Ruyle wiped the floor with the petitioner. Need less to say, the case was dismissed and we won. David Ruyle was my friend’s attorney. She was arrested by the SD police due to her live-in boyfriend (they’re not together anymore) filing an emergency restraining order against her for physical assault. She wasn’t able to return to her home, and she wasn’t able to see her kids for the next 5 days (the kids are her kids). We contacted San Diego Restraining Order Attorney and were connected with David. We scheduled an appointment to meet David that afternoon. He came, and my friend presented her case to David. He was super nice and helpful. He explained what my friend needed to do to protect herself from this person. He was not pushy. He took his time to explain to her each and every step to protect her and her kids. We really appreciate David for all his time. Highly recommended.
