Doug Sohn is the lawyer we worked with. We had two 2023 KIA cars that both needed to be returned. The first car had issues regarding the WIFI not being able to connect to our Apple phones. The second car had issues with the front rotors being warped. In both cases, the problem could not be fixed by KIA and so we needed a Lemon Lawyer. Doug walked us through the process and told us what to expect. Doug even gave us a rough estimate as far as how much money we should expect in the final settlement.
