After 2 years with a brand new 2024 kia Sportage, it was time to take action. Less than 2 weeks, the infotainment went dark and it happened 5 times in the span of 2 years. It is considered a safety issue and in fact the service manager at KIA of El Cajon even made the reference that I could Lemon Law it so I did. I researched on line looking at all the reviews and San Diego Lemon Law looked the best so I made an application and spoke with attorney Doug. He assured me that we had a good case and the team guides me through the process of filing the claim. Through out the process it was extremely seamless, communication was great, thanks to Erica. Soon got an answer from KIA and the result was that I got a COMPLETE refund!! The result is that we were able to apply the refund and purchased a new car. If you are struggling with a constant defect in your car, I strongly suggest SDLL. Very happy and satisfied with the results and if our new car has any issues, I'm calling Attorney Doug at SAN DIEGO LEMON LAW
