To give you an example of why we rate the San Diego Immigration Law Office five stars. Our case was originally denied for a Legal Permanente Resident Card (LPR) or green card. Mr. Elorza felt that the ruling was incorrect and did not follow current law. We decide to appeal, and Attorney Elorza wrote the appeal to the USCIS. Once the USCIS received the appeal, it only took the USCIS six days to completely reverse their opinion and issue a LPR card. This only happened because of Mr. Elorza’s knowledge of Immigration Law and his willingness to fight on your behalf.
We have already made plan to use the San Diego Immigration Law office for our US Citizen application, three years from now.
