Great team with lots of experience. It only took 2 months from start to finish for my last lockout which is very rare. They know all the tricks of the trade and make sure you don't wind up in a bureaucratic paper mess. Last attorney i used, couldn't keep up with the new laws, these guys are specialists. Don't just hire any attorney, hire SD Evictions

I was hired to sell a home after the owner died, but a relative living in the home refused to leave and was renting out the rooms. I contacted Rachael Callahan and her team at SD Evictions. They have helped me a number of times in the past 7 years and I trust them completely. They specialize in evictions and they do it well! Thank you SD Evictions for ALWAYS getting the job done!

At the time of this post, she is currently on probation with the California Bar Association.
