Mr. Audwin Sr. took a case on my behalf back in 2017-18, he filed a non-disclosure in 2021. At the time what I thought was an expungement. Might I add, it was suppose to be filed years prior and when confronting with questions about the delay he was very unprofessional, irate and requested money that I already paid. But upon presented receipts, of course he had his legal assistant file it. I personally requested to only communicate with his legal assistant after that because there was no talking to him. Fast forward to now, my background is able to be pulled by rental companies and I made him aware of this weeks ago. He took his precious time in looking into the matter with the clerks office, told me when I called for an update that he was doing me a courtesy by looking into it , explained this was not a priority for him and when he finally got the answers from clerks office (after me having called them myself initially) he gave excuses and no solutions with the worst demeanor and attitude. Very unprofessional and irate as he repeatedly yelled into the phone that he has done all he can do and maybe someone else can help me. I also learned going to the clerks office today that he could and should have completed an expungement on my behalf. I feel as though I paid for an expungement but only was given the option of non-disclosure from the beginning. Unfortunately, I was too young at the time of my case and my dad trusted a childhood friend who was an attorney to do what was in the best interest of me legally. I feel as though Mr. Audwin took advantage of me and my family and he really didn’t then and doesn’t now care about making sure I get the best outcome of my case. I wish I had known then what I know now.

Mr. Samuel, is a professional and effective listener he listened to my
concerns. I've been trying to resolve these false allegations. He explained the basic protocol to me and went above and beyond the call of duty. He has offered to look into the matter if there or any other areas that warrant my attention. His firm will be able to inform me how to proceed. I would recommend that you speak with a dedicated team that offers knowledge and like-minded concerns for the individual seeking their expertise and experience.
