				Don't even bother ..he never had time to review the case and barely responds back to calls it's all emails with him . When he does responds back it's like talking to a brick wall so please ask the court for another lawyer if he's on your case

				Got stopped by a desperate police officer doing truck inspections.  My truck had just been inspected but he still managed to find two petty things to give me a ticket for. Sam handled these for me in a heartbeat in a professional manner. Also very nice guy. Good job Sam!

				I came to S. Militello as a victim who has been hurt and harassed and jailed, by rude and nasty cops from the 60th district, - for me being a good citizen, for protecting a young man (age like my sons) from these cops. I spent a whole night, feeling terrified and hurt (they threw me to the wall, pull my arm out and squeeze handcuffs to the level, my hands got dark blue..., plus all humiliations - I peed on myself and had been in that condition for 24 hours ). And after that, they didn't charge me or put me in front of a judge (I was looking forward to that !) They just let me go, without no money, no phone, no MetroCard ( i was walking my dog when I was harassed and jailed)

The S. Militello is a " real lawyer ",  who assured you, that he is the one who can take care of that case,  and who dumped you as a client, without even having the courtesy to call or send a note. After a meeting with police representatives for a first interview, Militello became unreachable. Can't reach him: by calling, by leaving messages, by coming to office - dozens of times. And because of that, I lost my window timing for the case.

It was very important for me, for my boy, to stand up for the community, from rudeness and harassment of the service, which we create for protection, not for bullying and punishments.

He is not honor, not a good man and lousy lawyer. He must be disbarred for it for good.
